Shifting frequency is:

• A unique Hybrid trait – with a thought you create your own frequency shifts;
• A Hybrid concept – when you ‘toy’ with a concept with in your mind or in your physical inner actions you create your own frequency shift;

You may think you have to wait for a full moon or a blood moon or a solstice or equinox.  That waiting is for those beings (Humans) who are not in control of the frequency they exist within.  You are!
